These Terms govern your use of Great Tours's website and services. By accessing our platform you agree to be bound by them. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1. Who We Are

Great Tours Inc. is a hotel booking intermediary connecting travellers with accommodation providers worldwide. We are not a hotel; we facilitate bookings on behalf of partner properties.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old with full legal capacity to enter binding contracts. By using our services you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Booking & Payment

Prices include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed when you receive an email confirmation. Payment is processed at the time of booking. We accept all major credit/debit cards and supported digital wallets.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies are set by individual properties and displayed before you confirm. Within a free-cancellation window, full refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or amended.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Automated scraping, crawling or bulk data extraction.
Submitting false, misleading or fraudulent information or reviews.
Attempting to circumvent our systems or exploit pricing errors.
Using our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos and technology on Great Tours are owned by or licensed to Great Tours Inc. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Great Tours acts as an intermediary. We are not liable for the acts or defaults of any hotel. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the value of the booking giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by New York State law. Unresolved disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration under AAA rules in New York, NY.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or prominent website notice.
